Senior Beauty Training Instructor
Education & Training
Lead comprehensive certification programs across multiple beauty specializations. Shape the future of beauty professionals through expert instruction, hands-on training, and mentorship at our Utrecht training center.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Active industry certifications in 2+ specializations (Laser Therapy, Permanent Makeup, or Lash Extensions)
- 5+ years hands-on experience as a practicing beauty professional with documented client portfolio
- 2+ years teaching or training experience with proven track record of student success
- Deep knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory compliance (EU beauty standards and Dutch regulations)
- Expert-level technique demonstration across various skin types, tones, and client needs
- Strong understanding of contraindications, aftercare protocols, and emergency procedures
- Ability to develop and refine curriculum based on industry trends and student feedback
- Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch (additional languages a plus)
- Proficiency in client consultation, treatment planning, and business development coaching
- Commitment to continuing education and staying current with emerging techniques and technologies
- Experience with live model coordination and supervising practical training sessions
- Ability to assess student competency and provide constructive, actionable feedback
Specialized Beauty Technique Trainer
Education & Training
Deliver expert-level instruction in your area of specialization. Guide students through intensive certification programs with focus on precision, safety, and professional excellence at our Utrecht training facility.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Master-level certification in one primary specialization (Laser Therapy, Permanent Makeup, or Lash Extensions)
- 3+ years professional experience with extensive portfolio demonstrating advanced techniques
- Teaching or mentoring experience (formal training background preferred but not required)
- In-depth knowledge of equipment, tools, and product selection for your specialization
- Understanding of anatomy, skin physiology, and color theory relevant to your discipline
- Proven ability to work with diverse client demographics and adapt techniques accordingly
- Strong grasp of sanitation, sterilization, and infection control protocols
- Experience troubleshooting common challenges and teaching problem-solving approaches
- Ability to demonstrate advanced techniques including corrective work and customization
- Passionate about student success and committed to maintaining high training standards
- Comfortable working with small groups and providing individualized coaching
- Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and certification renewals
